Episcopal Men's Ministry
VISION
To bring Mature, Holy, Christian Men in spiritual leadership in their families, churches, communities, and the world.
MISSION
To develop and sustain men's ministry programs in the local congregation through prayer, fellowship, study, and service. A ministry for the spread of Christ's Kingdom among men in the Episcopal Church and Anglican Communion.
Episcopal Men's Ministries is a journey in disciple making.
The journey begins by a man taking a first step into the vital men's ministry program in the local congregation and culminates with a disciple who is equipped to live into the Great Commission."Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit." (Matthew 28:19) "For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." (Ephesians 2:10) He already has established the works. He wants us to perform for His glory. Think about your life. Are you waiting to be irresistibly called to the movement of Christ? Are you waiting to experience awe in His presence? if you have already, are you hesitant to join the movement or are you following Him?
The movement of Jesus has lasted because God still speaks and calls. He has made Himself known to you and led you, like Peter to drop to your knees in humility and awe. Confronted by real power and called to a cause, the disciples responded. We need to do the same today.
